Information collected

• Booking requests may include your name, email address, phone number, training goal, and assessment preferences.
• Past Jungle Gym survey responses may include VO2 testing interest, preferred contact details, and related survey answers.
• Messages you choose to send to the Ask Athlete Lab assistant and limited technical information needed to provide the chat may be processed.
• Limited technical service data may be processed when needed to operate, maintain, and protect the website.

Information you should not submit

Athlete Lab does not ask for passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, full medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the website or chat assistant. Please do not include this information in a booking request or chat.

Chat assistant transparency

Ask Athlete Lab uses Botpress to provide automated guidance. The website first displays a lightweight Athlete Lab loading interface while the Botpress service connects. That loading interface does not collect or transmit message content.

Chat content is processed only after the assistant is available and you choose to send a message. Do not use the assistant for passwords, payment information, identity documents, full medical records, emergencies, or other highly sensitive information.

How information is used

Athlete Lab uses submitted information to respond to bookings, manage assessment requests, provide relevant chat guidance, understand demand for services, and protect the website from misuse. Technical service information is used only to help operate, maintain, and protect Athlete Lab services.

Storage and processors

Athlete Lab uses authorized service providers for website hosting, form management, communication, assistant functionality, and secure information storage. These providers may process only the information needed to supply their service. Access is limited to the people and providers needed to operate Athlete Lab services.

Confidentiality and security

Athlete Lab treats customer information as confidential and applies layered technical and administrative safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, spam, misuse, and unnecessary third-party access. Public website safeguards include a restrictive content security policy, integrity checking for the external chatbot runtime, locally served chatbot configuration and brand assets, request validation, abuse controls, protected internal routes, and automated dependency checks.

Access to customer information is limited to the people and authorized providers needed to operate Athlete Lab services. Operational security information is kept confidential and is not included in this public notice.

On August 21, 2026, Athlete Lab completed a follow-up website security and reliability check covering public pages, public deployment configuration, request safeguards, dependency metadata, and desktop and mobile behavior. The check was deliberately limited to public code and synthetic test requests. It did not open or review customer submissions, chat messages, credentials, tokens, environment variables, or private records.
