- Past Jungle Gym survey responses may include VO2 testing interest, preferred contact details, and related survey answers.
- Messages you choose to send to the Ask Athlete Lab assistant and limited technical information needed to provide the chat may be processed.
- Limited security telemetry may include the page or feature involved, general browser signals, timestamps, and signs of automated misuse. Reports are shortened and sensitive-looking values are redacted before they are recorded.
Information you should not submit
Athlete Lab does not ask for passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, full medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the website or chat assistant. Please do not include this information in a booking request or chat.
How information is used
Athlete Lab uses submitted information to respond to bookings, manage assessment requests, provide relevant chat guidance, understand demand for services, and protect the website from automated abuse or suspicious activity. Security information is used only to help operate, investigate, and protect Athlete Lab services.
Storage and processors
Booking details and past survey responses may be stored in Athlete Lab's private Notion workspace. The website hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver and protect the site. The Ask Athlete Lab assistant is provided through Botpress, which may process chat messages and the limited technical data needed to provide that service. Security telemetry may be recorded by the hosting environment and, if configured, sent to an Athlete Lab security notification service. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to operate Athlete Lab services.
Confidentiality and security
Athlete Lab treats customer information as confidential. The website uses HTTPS, restrictive browser and server protections, request validation, automated-abuse controls, redaction of sensitive-looking telemetry, and restricted service integrations to reduce unauthorized access, spam, and misuse. Internal operational files are excluded from the public website and protected from public requests.
These safeguards were strengthened following a security review. For safety, this public notice does not publish credentials, internal locations, precise configurations, detection rules, or defensive thresholds.
